For this episode of the Bands To Fans podcast I spoke with Kim Wilson, founder and lead singer of the band The Fabulous Thunderbirds. We discussed his solo album “Blues And Boogie, Volume 1”, his philosophy that “imperfection is perfection”, and how he never creates a set list for concerts but instead chooses songs based on the vibe of the audience. By the way, Kim called in for this interview while walking the grounds of a mission in California, hence the voices and noises you will hear in the background.
