With social media, forget guarantees and reassurances. There is no simple trick that works for everyone. No magic. You have to do the work.

I have spoken with a lot of people and so far I have yet to find anyone who has downloaded a band's app. Even tech-savvy teenagers who use their phones all day long suggested that getting apps for individual bands would be kind of annoying.
