If there is one line I have heard from almost every client I have ever worked with it is “I f*^%ing hate Facebook.” Or LinkedIn, or Twitter, etc.
My response… “Great!”
After all, a portion of my work is dealing with the pain of the platforms on their behalf. Part of me wishes the social media sites were easy, consistent, fair, and level playing fields. Part of me is glad that they are not. Because taking on that pain is another value I bring to clients.
